2. Membership and Trial Period
- You must register with your email address to use our service.
- New users are granted a 7-day free trial period.
- After the trial period ends, your site will be unpublished.
- To continue, you must select a monthly ($9) or annual ($79) plan.
3. Payments and Refunds
- Payments are processed securely through Polar.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
- Refunds may be requested for unused billing periods.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information.
- You may not use Google Maps data for businesses you do not own.
- You may not use the platform for illegal purposes.
- Automated data scraping or spam activities are prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
Content on your storefront (including AI-generated text) is licensed for your use. The PlaceToSite logo and brand are the property of PlaceToSite.
6. Service Availability
The platform operates with a 99.9% uptime target. However, interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.
7. Termination
Users may delete their accounts and cancel subscriptions at any time.PlaceToSite reserves the right to close accounts of users who violate these terms, with prior notice.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts.
